The Navy Region Europe, Africa, Central (EURAFCENT) Human Resources Program is operated through a regional structure headquartered in Naples, Italy with five subordinate Human Resources Offices (HROs) across the EURAFCENT area of responsibility. The regional office works with the five full-service HROs across the Region to establish HR objectives, policies, programs and services. Our customer base is comprised of managers and civilian employees co-located at our installations as well as those serviced remotely in Egypt, United Kingdom, Germany, Africa and Iceland. The Regional HR staff is also responsible for the Foreign National Programs serving as the Navy authority for all aspects of foreign labor policy in Italy, Spain, Greece and Bahrain, covering both direct hire and indirect hire local national employees.
