EEO Program Goals:

          A.  EEO is recognized as an essential element of readiness and is vital to attract, develop, and retain a high-quality workforce for the accomplishment of the CNREURAFCENT strategic mission. CNREURAFCENT will develop and implement an EEO Program with the following program goals:

        • Ensure that EEO is fully integrated into the CNREURAFCENT mission with demonstrated commitment from leadership at all levels.
        • Provide EEO for all employees and applicants through clearly defined Human Resources (HR) and EEO policies and programs.
        • Prohibit and proactively prevent discrimination in employment because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetic information; and prohibit acts of reprisal against persons presenting or processing allegations of discrimination.
        • Recognize compliance with Executive Orders and Regulations.
        • Ensure that managers and supervisors share responsibility with EEO and Human Resources personnel for successful policy and program implementation

B.  The Deputy EEO Officer (DEEOO) will conduct an annual assessment of its EEO program.
