The mission of Navy Region Europe, Africa, Central is to provide efficient and effective shore service support to United States and Allied Forces operating in the Europe, Africa and Central Asia area of responsibility.

Vision

Navy Region Europe, Africa, Central will deliver efficient and effective shore capability to sustain the fleet, enable the fighter, and support the family.

Strategic Goals

1. Enable Forward Presence - Provide facilities, resources, and improved services for home-ported commands to support mission success.

2. Enable Global Responsiveness - Enable global responsiveness of our rotational and transient units by providing full readiness in mission support.

3. Provide Force Protection - Detect, deter, and defeat any attack.

4. Drive Region-Wide Efficiencies - Employ innovative and conscientious approaches to reduce costs while maximizing our ability to perform our mission.

5. Maintain Positive Host Nation Relations - Sustain positive U.S. Navy/Host Nation relations that foster a cooperative and mutually supportive environment.
