The Air Operation/Air Terminal is located in Naples, Italy (Capodichino). (LIRN) Napoli/Capodichino is, by definition, a State Civilian Airport open to civilian/military traffic. The regulations governing its use are per the existing International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and Italian Air regulations.
