Transaction Service Center (formerly known as PSD) Naples. Transaction Service Center (TSC) Naples is the Navy’s Retentions Center of Excellence (COE) responsible for processing all Reenlistments and Extensions. TSC Naples also provides Personnel and Pay (PAYPERS) services delivery to active duty personnel assigned or deployed to the Europe, Africa, and Central (EURAFCENT) regional area commands.

Benvenuti a Napoli! We are sure your tour in Naples will be a rewarding one. Upon reporting to your new command, you are required to report immediately to your Command Pay and Personnel Administrator (CPPA) to check-in and provide all associated PCS paperwork and receipts. Your CPPA has primary responsibility for providing TSC the information required to effect changes to your pay.
Human Resources Service Center (HRSC): Provides 24/7 Sailor and CPPA support. The HRSC is available by calling 1-833 330-MNCC (6622) or via email at askmncc@navy.mil. Additionally, CPPAs seeking support with specific transactions or tickets may seek the help of the HRSC's CPPA Pro-to-Pro cell, available 0700-1700 CST by calling the HRSC and selecting option 2.
ID Card Lab
Issuance / Reissuance: All ID Cards and DEERS/RAPIDS updates are by appointment; visit https://idco.dmdc.osd.mil/idco/. Walk-ins are accepted from 0800-0900 and are only for CAC unlocks, e-mail updates, and lost/stolen CACs.
