Transaction Service Center (TSC)

Transaction Service Center (formerly known as PSD) Naples is the Navy's Retentions Center of Excellence (COE) responsible for processing all Reenlistments and Extensions.  TSC Naples also provides Personnel and Pay (PAYPERS) support to active duty personnel assigned or deployed to the Europe, Africa, and Central (EURAFCENT) regional area commands via Regional Support Center (RSC) Naples.  For pay questions or concerns, please e-mail RSC_NAPLES@US.NAVY.MIL.

ID Card Lab

Issuance / Reissuance:  All ID Cards and DEERS/RAPIDS updates are by appointment; visit https://idco.dmdc.osd.mil/idco/.  Walk-ins are accepted from 0800-0900 and are only for CAC unlocks, e-mail updates, and lost/stolen CACs.

Sojourners

Sojourner Permits are obtained in Admin II of the Capodichino Base at the RLSO.  The office will be able to facilitate any Sojourner applications needed for your family members and you.

Safety

The Safety Department is located in Admin III of the Capodichino Base. They provide safety measures for driving, outdoor activities, and private/social group events.

Motor Vehicle Registration Office (MVRO)

MVRO is located in the Building 2074 on the Gricignano Support Site base and in building 450 on the Capodichino base.
They will issue your license. They also inspect and register your motor vehicle.

Emergency Management

The Emergency Management (EM) office is located on the Capodichino Base in the air terminal basement. They provide AtHoc registration and CBR fittings to all active duty Navy personnel.

Residential Services

The Residential Services Office is located on the Gricignano Support Site in the mall area of the Retail Center,  Bldg 2091. They provide assistance in regards to QOL Programs and European Services, such as Internet on/off base, Utilities tax-free program, Telepass service, Fuel card service, House Gas and Water delivery.
