Duties and Responsibilities

The Installation Business Manager (IBM) coordinates with the Installation’s twelve (12) other Department Heads and Program Directors to develop installation strategies, program initiatives, command objectives, and future mission requirements for NSA Naples in accordance with Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) and Commander, Navy Region Europe, Africa, and Central (CNREURAFCENT) directives.  The IBM is the principal advisor to the commanding officer for program integration in providing direct support to 50 area commands with a population of 10,000 personnel and family members in the Naples area.
