The building manager can place a routine, urgent or emergency service request 24 hours a day through the phone numbers above or via email. Please CALL for emergency requests. This number applies to all facility service requests at Capodichino, Support Site, Carney Park, SATCOM-Lago Patria, and Gaeta.

Building Manager Program

Accordance to CNICINST11000.3A and NAVSUPPACTNAPLESINSTRUCTION 11000.1F, all tenant commands must institute a Building Manager Program in order to submit service requests for repairs, serve as Building Energy Monitor (BEM), coordinate with Facilities Operations Specialists (FOS) for project requests (renovations, equipment installation, etc), and be a POC for the tenant command for all facility related issues.

Shuttle Bus

PWD Transportation team manages the shuttle bus for NSA Naples. The primary purpose of the shuttle is to provide transportation for single Sailors living in unaccompanied housing and PCS-transiting personnel. Facilities Support Contract (FSC) Branch

Responsible for the administration of the Base Operating Support (BOS) Contract. Supervise Performance Assessment for Grounds Maintenance (Capodichino Only), Custodial Services (All locations except NEX Sales areas, DECA, TLA/NGIS, and Bella Napoli Food Court Area), Pest Control (All locations except Support Site Housing Area), Fire Alarm/Fire Suppression Systems (All locations except Support Site), Elevators (All locations except Support Site), Trash Pick/Up (All locations except Support Site). Naples BOS Contract services are provided in accordance with COL 3 Base Measure standards (Limited frequencies). Any change, modification, new addition, shall be inducted to FMD via BM/FOS.
