About Us

Welcome to the U.S. Naval Support Activity (NAVSUPPACT), Naples, Italy, Administration Department.
The Administration Department of Naples, Italy, is responsible to the Commanding Officer for the smooth and effective management of NAVSUPPACT Naples programs and directives.  Additionally, the Administration Department is the central point of contact for all personnel-related matters.

Our three Goals:
                -Improve and build a sustainable customer support service.
                -Consistently improve and support retention, education, customer satisfaction rates.
                -Leverage our technologies to increase automation.
 
Our mission is to support the needs of the Navy by providing proper and courteous customer services to all Command personnel and tenant activities.  We strive to satisfy all the customer's needs and improve the quality of life.
