LCDR Kevin W. Jack is a native of Greeley, Colorado and a 2009 graduate of University of North Colorado. He has earned his Master’s in Systems Analysis from the Navy Postgraduate School in March 2021. He has served in a myriad of afloat and ashore billets as an Aviation Electronics Technician, a Nuclear Power School Instructor, and as an Aviation Maintenance Duty Officer.
His sea tours include Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron Light 45, where he completed a deployment with the USS Ford (FFG 54) as an Aviation Electronics Technician. While assigned to Strike Fighter Squadron FOUR ONE, he completed one deployment with the USS John C. Stennis carrier strike group supporting the squadron as the Assistant Maintenance Officer and Quality Assurance Officer. Lastly, with Patrol Squadron SIXTEEN, he completed a deployment to Sigonella, Italy as the Maintenance Material Control Officer and Assistant Maintenance Officer.
Ashore, Jack has served at the Navy Nuclear Power Training Command instructing in enlisted mathematics and electrical rates’ in-rate and cross-rate fundamentals. At Fleet Readiness Center Southeast, detachment Jacksonville, he held roles as the Avionics Division Officer, the Maintenance Material Control Officer, and as the Assistant Officer-in-Charge.
Jack is to assume the duties as the Officer in Charge of Aircraft Intermediate Maintenance Detachment Sigonella in June 2021.
LCDR Jack’s awards include Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (3), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, and various other personal, unit and service awards.
