To be a world class aviation maintenance organization focused on uncompromised quality and safety. Our goals include the personal and professional development of Sailors and 100% customer satisfaction in our products, with zero rework requirements, that are ready for tasking throughout the fleet. 
 

Mission

In our support and repair of aviation components and support equipment, we will meet Naval Aviation Enterprise readiness standards through Continuous Process Improvements, meeting Time to Reliably Replenish, and by optimizing operating costs and resources. We will seek to explore all positive and proactive means of fulfilling this mission, through the development of our business relationships with one another, with other government agencies or regional organizations.
