Planning Design and Construction (PDC) Branch
Responsible for the oversight and administration of construction projects, project development, design management & RFP preparation, engineering consultations, technical competency, schedule & cost control, engineering, and quality assurance.

Contracting Branch
Prepares and executes contract actions. Provides guidance and interpretation of contract provisions to Government representatives. Facilities Support Contract (FSC) Branch
Responsible for the administration of the Base Operating Support (BOS) Contract and grounds contract which includes planning, verifying, modifying, and scheduling all required actions. Additionally, this branch performs Quality Assurance functions for grounds maintenance, janitorial services, elevator maintenance, fire alarm maintenance, and pest control. Any quality or performance issues related to the above listed services and locations should be directed to the Performance Assessment Representatives (PAR) as shown below.

Real Property Management Branch
Responsible for Regional Planning and Coordination, iNFADS, FCAP, Military Construction, Special Projects, Facilities Inspection programs, Facilities Planning including space management and develops the Facilities Investment Plan. Real Estate requirements are supported as well.
The Production Division executes facilities maintenance, utilities services, and transportation at PWDs where those functions are carried out by in-house forces. The Production Division consists of four
