    Captain William Lane enlisted in the Navy in 1989. He completed nuclear propulsion training as Electronics Technician (ET) in 1991 and earned a bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University (SIU) in 1998. After commissioning through Officer Candidate School (OCS) in Pensacola, Florida in 1999, he completed flight training and was designated a Naval Flight Officer (NFO) in 2001. He earned a master’s degree from the University of Maryland University College (UMUC) in 2014.

    Executive Officer, NSA Bahrain

    A native of El Paso, TX, Commander Rivera enlisted in the Navy in June 1990. A graduate of the Broaden Opportunity for Officer Selection and Training (BOOST) program, he earned a Navy ROTC scholarship to the University of Arizona where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Behavioral Science.

    CMDCM Critides hails from Connecticut. After graduating, he enlisted in the Navy in August 2001 and attended boot camp at Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes, IL. Upon completion of boot camp, he attended Operations Specialist "A" School at Fleet Combat Training Center Atlantic in Virginia Beach, VA. He is a graduate of the Navy's Senior Enlisted Academy and Command Master Chief/Chief of the Boat Course.
