Items listed need to be completed/verified prior to requesting "AT". Failure to fulfill the following requirements may result in cancellation of orders and return of member:

  • Berthing arrangements must be finalized prior to departure from the U.S. (See berthing section for more information.)

  • Overseas Anti-Terrorism Brief.

  • Exercise/Operational Support Billet Control Number.

  • Required Security Clearance for Billet.

  • Original Orders and two copies.

  • Medical Record with Current Negative HIV.

  • Current Page 2.

  • Valid ID Card.

Government Credit card (GTCC) or a personal credit card that is activated by Reserve Center with sufficient limit for overseas travel
