Passport Services

 

Naval Station Rota's Passport Office, located in Building 1, processes U.S. tourist passports, U.S. Special Issuance Passports, and Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) for all DoD service members and U.S. civilians.

Please note that processing U.S. tourist passports and birth abroad certificates can take up to 8 weeks. 

As a reminder, the nearest alternate location to apply for U.S. tourist passports/Consular Report of Birth Abroad is at the U.S. Consular Agency in Seville. Please email sevillecons@state.gov for further information and appointment requests.
