Passport Services

 

Naval Station Rota's Passport Office, located in Building 1 on the second floor, processes U.S. tourist passports, U.S. Special Issuance Passports, and Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) documents for all DoW service members, civilians, and contractors, and dependents. Contact navstarotapassports@us.navy.mil to schedule an appointment.

Please note that processing U.S. tourist passports and birth abroad certificates usually takes around four to six weeks.

As a reminder, the nearest alternate location to apply for U.S. tourist passports/Consular Report of Birth Abroad documents is at the U.S. Consular Agency in Seville. Please email sevillecons@state.gov for further information and appointment requests.
