About NSF Deveselu

Naval Support Facility (NSF)Deveselu is an installation of Commander, Navy Region Europe, Africa, Southwest Asia.  NSF Deveselu is made up of approximately 200 personnel.  This inludes DOD Civilian employees, contractors, and Sailors  assigned to the installation and the Aegis Ashore Missile Defense System.

NSF Deveselu operates on 430 acres and is co-located with the 99th Romanian Military.  The installation is located roughly 110 miles southwest of the nation’s capital of Bucharest and 25 miles from the Bulgarian border.
