TCCOR R means destructive winds have subsided, but hazardous conditions may still exist.
Recovery operations are underway, including damage assessments, debris clearance, safety inspections, and restoration of essential services and mission capability.
Base personnel, housing residents, and families are advised to remain cautious and follow all TCCOR R guidance. Do not enter damaged areas, avoid downed power lines and flooded areas and limit travel on installation until roads and facilities have been assessed and the all-clear is announced. Installation access, services, and normal operations may remain restricted or adjusted during recovery efforts.
During TCCOR R, main gate access is restricted to Category 5 personnel only.
Non-mission-essential personnel should not report to work until TCCOR All Clear is announced. All base personnel are advised to consult with their supervisor for alternative work plan or leave approval during TCCOR R. In all cases, please ensure your travel route is safe before reporting back to work.
If you encounter injured wildlife on base, do not approach or handle the animal, instead report it to the PMRF Natural Resources hotline at 808-208-4416 for appropriate response and assistance.
PMRF leadership is focused on the safety of our personnel and families, restoration of essential functions, and the careful return to normal operations as conditions allow. PMRF will remain in TCCOR R until the all-clear notice is announced.
