2026 Pacific Missile Range Facility Consumer Confidence Report

01 July 2026
The Annual Drinking Water Quality Reports for United States Navy Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF) water systems is now available for review. The reports show your water is safe to drink and meets all applicable federal, state, and Navy regulations and requirements.
Since 1999, the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has required public water suppliers to provide annual water quality reports to their water users. These reports are designed to educate the public on the origin of drinking water and provide water quality information for the previous year.

In Hawaii, the primary drinking water supply comes from underground aquifers fed by rainfall. Naturally occurring minerals, radioactive material, and other substances resulting from animal or human activity may be dissolved by the rainfall and percolate into the aquifers. The EPA sets limits on the amount of contaminants present in drinking water and PMRF monitors the drinking water to help ensure that contaminant levels are not exceeded.

PMRF is committed to delivering the highest quality water to Navy Soldiers, Families, and employees. PMRF welcomes residents and tenants to review the report for the previous calendar year. If you have any questions or would like to request a hard copy, please contact the PMRF PAO at pmrfpublicaffairs@us.navy.mil.
