Senior Chief Frost assumed responsibility as the command senior chief aboard Naval Support Facility Deveselu, Romania in May of 2024. A native of New Mexico, he enlisted in the Navy in October, 2003. He attended Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes, Illinois and attended Aviation Electronics School in Pensacola, Florida.

His sea duty assignments include the USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), USS George Washington (CVN 73), USS Bataan (LHD 5), and USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78).

While ashore, he successfully recruited from three locations for NRD Michigan and provided aircraft firefighting support for NAS Oceana.

Senior Chief Frost is a graduate of the Navy Leadership & Ethics Command CMC/COB course, the Senior Enlisted Academy, and holds an associate’s degree from Saint Leo University.

CMDCS Frost’s awards include three Navy Commendation Medals, seven Navy Achievement Medals and various unit and service awards.
