CMDCM Celina Miller

Command Master Chief Miller, a California native, enlisted in the U.S. Navy in September 1998. Following completion of recruit training at Great Lakes, IL she reported to USS SHIPPINGPORT (ARDM-4) in Groton, CT December 1998.
 
Command Master Chief Miller has earned a Master of Science degree from Bellevue University. A graduate of the U.S. Air Force Senior Enlisted Academy (Class 14-A) and the Command Master Chief/Chief of the Board course.
 
Command Master Chief Miller’s sea assignments included tours with USS SHIPPINGPORT (ARDM-4), individual augmentee with the U.S. Army 101st AIRBORNE and 82ND AIRBORNE, USS ASHLAND (LSD 48), and USS TORTUGA (LSD 49). Ashore Command Master Chief Miller served at Naval Air Station Sigonella Security Department, Fleet Air Reconnaissance Squadron FOUR, and NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center Sigonella.
 
Her Command Master Chief tours included the USS HALSEY (DDG 97), Commander, Destroyer Squadron FIFTY/Commander Task Force FIVE FIVE, United States Naval Forces Central Command Staff, and Combined Maritime Forces.
 
She has been serving as the Command Master Chief of Naval Support Activity Naples, Italy since June 2025.
 
Command Master Chief Miller’s personal awards include the Meritorious Service Medals, the Joint Commendation Medals, the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals, the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals, and various unit, campaign, and service awards. Command Master Chief Miller is the recipient of the Captain Winifred Quick Collins Award for Inspirational Leadership.
