It’s carciofi time again! Ramacca, one of Italy’s largest artichoke-producing towns, is ready to welcome you to the Sagra del Carciofo, a festival dedicated to the Violetto di Ramacca and Violetto di Niscemi, two of the most renowned artichoke varieties in Italy.

Festival Highlights
April 11-13 – Opening ceremony & live music in the historic center along Via Vittorio Emanuele and artichoke tastings.
