This 2-day workshop follows TAP Core Curriculum and provides a comprehensive insight on transitioning to a civilian career. This includes identifying your career goals and skills, developing and building your personal brand, LinkedIn and networking, exploring federal hiring, preparing for interviews, receiving and negotiating a job offer. Pre-registration through your Command Career Counselor is required.
